As a B.A.C. free affiliate you are not permitted to purchase leads, guaranteed signups or perform any "cold calling" as a means of promoting B.A.C. This means no optin, double-optin, triple-optin leads (or prospect lists) from external sources. Solicitation by email or phone is strictly forbidden. This is to protect B.A.C. and it's affiliates from receiving any SPAM complaints. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the free affiliate status ceasing any income earned from B.A.C. and forfeiting any unpaid commissions. There will be no refund entitlements.
